My drs office ordered my prescription and it went well. Now trying to get the refill has been confusing. I thought my 6month prescription was all taken care of and with the autopay I assumed that meant auto ship as well. I have to get another prescription from the doctor for the refill.

The process was fairly easy, the people I spoke with were very nice.

It's the person-to-person communication that makes all the difference. My last order could have been delayed by a postal service strike, but you folks alerted me to that possibility and arranged shipment from another source (in the UK) which arrived in plenty of time.
